Now on how to make sweet corn and potato chat, here are the ingredients required and step by step instructions :-
INGREDIENTS
● 1 cup / 50gms, Sweet Corn
● 1 cup / 200gms, Potatoes {boiled, chopped}
● 2 Tomatoes {finely chopped}
● 2 Green Chilli, {finely chopped}
● 1⁄2 tsp, Turmeric Powder
● 2-3 tbsp, Oil
● 1 tsp, Coriander Powder
● 1⁄2 tsp, Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
● 1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder
● 1 tsp, Salt
● 1 packet, Maggi Masala
● Pinch of Hing {Asafoetida}
● 1⁄2 Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, add 2-3 tbsp of oil into a pan/ kadhai and let it heat.
2. Next add 1 tsp cumin / jeera seeds and saute.
3. Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes & 2 finely chopped green chilli and saute well.
4. Make sure to mash tomatoes while cooking.
5. Further add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp
salt and mix well.
6. Now, add 1 cup/ 50gms sweet corn and saute.
7. Next add pinch of Hing along with 1 cup / 200gms boiled potatoes and mix well.
8. Lastly, add 1 packet of maggie masala and mix well.
9. Finally, squeeze 1⁄2 a lemon into ithe chaat and it's ready to serve.
