INGREDIENTS
● 4 each, Aloo/ Kachalu (chopped)
● 2 tbsp, Black Salt / up to taste
● 1⁄2 tbsp, Amchur (dry mango)
● 1 tbsp, Chaat Masala
● 1 lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, cut 4 aloo and kachalu in cube size.
2. Next let them deep fry until it turns golden brown.
3. Pour them into a large mixing bowl.
4. Now add 2 tbsp of black salt, 1⁄2 tbsp amchur, 1 tbsp chaat masala, lemon juice.
5. Mix well.
6. Finally, aloo chaat is ready to serve.
