Rasmalai is one such dessert which we prepare quite often. More importantly, the biggest advantage of this recipe is that it lasts long for weeks if stored in the fridge. Also, the paneer balls can either be served as rasgulla if served with sugar syrup. And as rasmalai if served with milk cream.

INGREDIENTS
For Chenna / Paneer -
● 1 litre milk, full cream cows milk
● 2 tbsp lemon juice
● 1 cup water
For Sugar Syrup -
● 11⁄2 cup sugar
● 8 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
Chenna / Paneer Recipe -
1. Firstly, boil 1ltr milk.
2. Next, add lemon juice and stir till milk curdles completely.
3. Drain the curdled milk and squeeze the excess water.
4. After 30 minutes, start to knead the paneer for 10 minutes.
5. Further, make small balls and flatten and keep aside.
Sugar Syrup Recipe -
6. Firstly, take sugar and water.
7. Boil the syrup for 10 minutes.
8. After that, drop the prepared paneer balls.
9. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.
10. Further, squeeze of sugar syrup from the paneer balls.
