Sweet Vermicelli or dry seviyan is a delicious, aromatic and rich pudding that is thoroughly enjoyed in India and Pakistan. In western states of India, Gujarat this pudding is known as Meethi Sev.
This delightful recipe is suitable for kids and it comes to the rescue when someone makes a sudden visit to your home.

Now on how to make Meethi Seviyan recipe, here are the ingredients required and step by

step instructions -


 

INGREDIENTS

● 2 cup, Water

● 1 cup, vermicelli/ semiya

● 1⁄2 cup, Sugar


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Firstly, add 2 cup water in a pan/ kadhai and let it heat for some time.

2. Next add 1 cup vermicelli and stir continuously.

3. Now add 1⁄2 cup sugar and stir.

4. Lastly, cover the pan for 5-7 minutes.

5. Finally, add it into a serving bowl and garnish it with dry fruits.
