INGREDIENTS
● 2 cup (1ltr) Milk, full cream
● 1⁄4th cup Sugar
● 11⁄2 cup Mango, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, add 1ltr/ 2 cup milk into a pan and let it boil completely.
2. Afterwards start stirring occasionally (slowly) at a low flame.
3. Next, add 1⁄4th cup sugar and mix well until it's mixed completely.
4. Stir continuously till it's turned 1⁄3rd.
5. Now let it cool down.
6. Add 11⁄2 cup chopped mango in the same milk mixture made earlier.
7. Blend the mango into the mixture.
8. Lastly, transfer it to the ice cream moulds.
9. Refrigerate overnight / for 3-4 hours.
10. Finally, your mango ice cream is ready to serve.
