INGREDIENTS
● 1⁄2 cup, Sugar
● 4 Mangoes, chopped
● 1⁄4th cup, Custard Powder
● 1⁄2 cup water
● 3 tbsp, Ghee
● Dry fruits, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, add 1⁄2 cup sugar into the mixer and let it blend.
2. Further add 4 chopped mangoes into the mixer and blend again with the sugar.
3. Next add 1⁄4th cup custard powder into the mixture blended earlier and blend again.
4. Now take a plate or tray and grease it with oil/ ghee
5. Pour the blended mixture into the pan/ kadai and add 1⁄2 cup water to it and mix gently
without flame to avoid any lumps.
6. Now, stir continuously on low- medium flame until the mixture thickens.
7. Stir some more till the mixture starts to separate from the sides.
8. Now add 1 tbsp ghee and mix until the ghee mix completely with the mixture.
9. Repeat the process 2 more times till the mixture separates from the pan completely.
10. Now add chopped dry fruits into the mixture and mix gently.
11. Lastly pour the mixture into the greased plate/ tray and let it cool at room temperature.
12. Finally, cut the dough into small square pieces and mango custard halwa is ready to
serve.
