Instant Green Chilli Pickle || Kachi Kairi/ Hari Mirch Ka Instant Achaar || Chilli Pickle Recipe




Raw mango is a perfect fruit to make a pickle but its combination with green chilli has a fusion of lip-smacking taste. It can be served with a lot of dishes, it is the best option to make any ordinary dish more delicious. It can also be stored for a year.

Now how to prepare instant green chilli pickle, below are the ingredients required and step by step instructions :-

 

INGREDIENTS

● 2 tbsp, Oil

● 1⁄4th tbsp, Methi Dana

● 1⁄4th tbsp, Turmeric

● 1 tbsp, Salt

● 1⁄2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder

● 100gms, Green Chilli (slit)

● 1 Raw Mango/Ambi (chopped)


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Firstly, add 2tbsp of oil into a frying pan and let it heat for a while.

2. Next add 1⁄4th tbsp of methi dana, 1⁄4 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of salt, 1⁄2 tsp of red chilli

powder and saute well.

3. Now add 100gm of green chilli slit in half into the pan along with 1 Raw mango (Ambi),

chopped.

4. Mix well

5. Lastly, cover it for 5 minutes at low flame.

6. After 5 minutes uncover it and saute well.

7. Finally, pour it the serving bowl and enjoy.
