It almost takes 1 week to prepare Mango Pickle, Mango Murabba, Mango Salona Pickle etc, but Grated Mango Pickle can be eaten the very next day it is prepared. And it is very easy to make.

Now on how to prepare instant grated mango pickle, here are the ingredients required and step by step instructions :-
INGREDIENTS
● Raw Mango {Ambi}, Grated
● 2 tsp, Salt
● 1 tsp, Turmeric {Haldi}
● 1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder
● 1 tsp, Fennel Powder {Sonf}
● 1 tsp, Sarso Powder
● 1⁄4th cup, Oil
● 1 tsp, Mustard Seeds {Sarso}
● 1 tsp, Methi Dana
● 1 tsp, Fennel Seeds
● 1⁄2 tsp, Carom Seeds {Ajwain}
● 1⁄4th tsp, Hing
● 2 tbsp, Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Firstly, add grated Raw mango into a big mixing bowl.
2. Next you need to add 2 tsp of salt into the mixing bowl.
3. Now, add 1tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp Red chili powder, 1 tsp sarso powder and mix well.
4. Furthermore, take a frying pan and add 1⁄4th cup oil and let it heat.
5. Next, add 1tsp mustard seeds and switch off the flame to let them roast.
6. Further, add 1 tsp methi dana, 1tsp fennel seeds, 1⁄2 tsp carom seeds, 1⁄4 tsp hing and
mix well.
7. Now add the contents of the pan into the mixture of grated raw mangos and mix well.
8. Lastly, add 2 tbsp of vinegar, mix well and cover it to let it sit for 1-2 two days.
9. Finally, pour the mango pickle into a jar and serve.
