Chocolate cookies in cooker | Chocolate cookies recipe | Chocolate cookies recipe without oven




These Chocolate Cookies are soft and full of chocolate flavor like your favorite bakery cookie and you can add any mix-ins you’d like!. Chocolate chip cookies are commonly made with white sugar; brown sugar; flour; a small portion of salt; eggs; a leavening agent such as baking soda; a fat, typically butter or shortening; vanilla extract; and chocolate pieces. Some recipes also include milk or nuts (such as chopped walnuts) in the dough.

Now how to make chocolate cookies without oven given below are the ingredients required and instructions :-

 

INGREDIENTS

●100gms butter, room temperature

●1 cup (100gms​) powdered sugar

●1tsp Vanilla extract

●1¼ cup (200gms) ​maida/ plain flour

●¼th cup (15gm) ​ cocoa powder

●½ tsp baking powder

●Pinch, salt

●2tbsp milk


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Firstly, add 100gms of butter at room temperature in a large mixing bowl.

2. Further add 1 cup sugar and 1tsp vanilla extract into it.

3. Then mix slowly until the mixture combines.

4. Continue to mix until it turns whitish and silky smooth.

5. Place a sieve and add 1¼ cup maida, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½tsp baking powder and a pinch salt.

6. Sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps.

7. Now, with the help of a spatula mix gently.

8. Crumble and mix until the flour is combined with the butter mixture.

9. Add 2 tbsp of milk or as required in case the mixture is dry.

10. Form a dough, making sure to not to knead

11. To prepare the cookies in a pressure cooker/ kadai add in 1½ cup of salt and place a small cup or cooker rack. Also, place a plate above it.

12. Close the lid of the cooker without keeping the gasket and whistle. Heat for 5 to 10 minutes. As a result, gives a preheat oven atmosphere.

13. Now pinch a ball sized dough and flatten slightly.

14. Now cover and cook on a medium flame for 17 minutes. You can alternatively, preheat and bake at 180-degree celsius for 15 minutes.

15.The cookie will be soft initially. Cool completely and the chocolate cookie turns crisp and crunchy.

16. Finally, store the chocolate cookies in an airtight container and enjoy for a week.
