Fried rice recipe with detailed video. It's chinese fried rice recipe variation prepared and flavoured with sweet corn kernels. An easy and simple lunch box recipe which can be prepared with leftover rice and with any choice of vegetables.

Now on to prepare veg fried rice recipe, here are the ingredients required and step by step

instructions :-

 

INGREDIENTS

● 2 tbsp, Ghee

● 1 tsp, Garlic {grated}

● 1 Oniy {finely chopped}

● 1 Capsicum {finely chopped}

● 1 Carrot {finely chopped}

● 1 cup, Sweet Corns

● 2 tbsp, Vinegar

● 2 tbsp, Soya Sauce

● 1⁄2 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder

● Boiled Rice, {Salted}

● 1 tsp, Salt

● 1 tsp, Black Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Firstly, add 2 tbsp of ghee into a pan/ kadai.

2. Now add 1 tsp of grated garlic and saute well till it turns brownish.

3. Next, add 1 finely chopped onion and saute well until it starts to turn transparent.

4. Now add 1 finely chopped capsicum alongside 1 finely chopped carrot and 1 cup of

sweet corn.

5. Saute well and DO NOT over cook.

6. Next add 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of soya sauce and 1⁄2 tbsp of red chilli powder and mix

well.

7. Lastly, add salted boiled rice along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper and mix well on

the medium flame.

8. Finally, serve veg fried rice into the plate and enjoy.
