INGREDIENTS
For Batter
● 1 cup, Suji / Rava
● 1⁄2 cup, Curd / Yogurt
● Water { as required }
● 1⁄2 tbsp, Salt
● 1⁄4 tbsp, Eno / Soda
For Toppings
● 2 Onion, { finely chopped }
● 2 Capsicum, { finely chopped }
● 2 Tomato, { finely chopped }
● 1 tsp, Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
For Batter
1. Firstly, add 1 cup suji in a large mixing bowl along with 1⁄2 cup curd and mix well.
2. Now add water to the bowl and mix until there are no lumps left.
3. Next add 1⁄2 tbsp of salt and mix.
4. Leave the batter for 15-20 minutes.
5. Afterwards add 1⁄4 tbsp eno/ soda and mix well.
For Toppings
1. For this add 2 finely chopped, onion, capsicum and tomato into a large mixing bowl.
2. Next add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
For Cooking
1. Add 1⁄2 tsp of oil on a griddle (tawa) and spread it using a tissue.
2. Now pour batter and spread evenly on medium heat.
3. Next add toppings and press them gently into the batter.
4. Now flip over and let it cook on low flame.
5. Finally, add it into a plate and serve it with sauce (chutney).
